How do I request an account?

This can be done easily via the contact form. Fill in your company and contact details, and our team will create your account within approximately one business day.

Are you already a Verpa Benelux NV customer but don’t yet have an E-shop account? Request it the same way. We’ll get started as soon as we receive your form.

You will then receive an email from one of our Customer Service representatives with your username and a temporary password. You can change that password after your first login.

How can I change my password?

Log in and go to ‘My Profile’. Click on ‘Change Password’ and follow the steps to securely set a new password.

Forgot your password? On the login screen, choose ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the instructions in the email to create a new one.

Can I add multiple users to my company account?

Yes. As an administrator, you can invite unlimited colleagues under ‘Account Management › Manage Users’ and assign permissions per user.

You decide whether someone can place orders, view invoices, or handle administrative tasks—so you always stay in control.

What is the minimum order value?

For webshop orders, we require a minimum order value of €250 excl. VAT. Orders under this amount incur a small-order fee of €25.

If you place large, regular orders, contact our customer service or your account manager for custom terms.

How can I check my order status?

Log in and open ‘My Orders’. You’ll see the current status for each order.

Once your package ships, you’ll also receive an email with a track-and-trace code so you can follow it live.

Can I edit or cancel an order in process?

You can, as long as the order hasn’t entered processing. Please call or email our customer service as soon as possible.

Once processed or shipped, you cannot change or cancel it—but you may use our returns procedure.

What are the delivery costs?

Orders over €250 excl. VAT ship free. Below that, we charge €25 for shipping.

Rush deliveries or destinations outside our standard area may incur extra fees. Contact us for a quote.

What is the product lead time?

We will proactively contact you if there are unexpected delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—we ship by default to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Want delivery to another EU country? Contact our customer service for options.

Please account for longer delivery times and possibly higher shipping costs outside the Benelux.

Can I get help or advice purchasing products?

Verpa Benelux NV fully supports you with cleaning and hygiene. We provide work plans, methods, products, consumables, and equipment tailored to every space in your facility.

Our internal and field teams stand ready with information, advice, and solutions for your specific needs.

Our reps know our range inside out and immerse themselves in your processes so you receive targeted recommendations.

Are Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available?

Yes—SDS documents are available for all chemical products. Download them from the product page or request via customer service.

An SDS contains critical info on composition, hazards, safe handling and storage. Keep these documents available wherever the products are used.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We offer a wide range of certified green products (EU Ecolabel, Nordic Swan, Cradle to Cradle).

Use the “Eco-certification” filter in our webshop to quickly find sustainable alternatives without sacrificing performance.

We’re continuously greening our range and processes. For expert sustainable advice, contact our specialists.

What is the return policy?

You may return products within 48 Hours of receipt, in original undamaged packaging and unused. Chemical items only if the seal remains intact.

First contact customer service to request return authorization. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Custom or special-order items can only be returned in the event of manufacturing defects or transport damage.

How do I report a damaged or incorrect product?

Check your shipment immediately. Report any damage or wrong delivery to customer service within 48 hours.

Email info@verpa.be with your order number, description and, if possible, photos of the issue.

We will contact you promptly to arrange next steps.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

If we made an error (wrong product, transport damage, manufacturing defect), we cover return shipping costs.

Otherwise (for change-of-mind returns), you pay return shipping—exact costs depend on weight and dimensions.
